Terms of Service

Last updated: March 29, 2026

The basics

Outpost is an invite-only platform for builders to share where they're working and meet up in person. By using Outpost, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need an invite code to join. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. Use your real name and identity — Outpost is a real-world community.

What you can post

You can post check-ins (where you're working, notes, photos) and join other people's check-ins. Keep it relevant and respectful. Don't post:

  • Spam or promotional content
  • Harassment or abusive content
  • Content that violates anyone's privacy
  • Anything illegal

We can remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting on Outpost, you give us permission to display it to other members within the app. That's it — we won't use your content for anything else.

Meetups & safety

Outpost helps you find people to work alongside. We don't organize or supervise any in-person meetups. Use your own judgment when meeting people. We're not liable for anything that happens at meetups.

Availability

We're a small team building this. The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change, suspend, or shut down features at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know. Continued use of Outpost means you accept the updated terms.
